WCTE Transitions to ProTrack TV

2008 - PBS member station WCTE has chosen ProTrack TV as their next-generation
broadcast management software solution. WCTE,
The Upper Cumberland's Public Television Station is located on the campus of Tennessee Technological University.
It was founded in 1978 as a multi-faceted, community-based educational and
public service communications resource that is owned and operated by the Upper
Cumberland Broadcast Council. It continues to be the only locally originating
open-circuit television station within a seventy mile radius of Cookeville, TN.
