We feel it is our responsibility to clients that we evolve ProTrack as fast as the media industry itself — and we aim for even faster. The ProTrack support agreement includes all future product upgrades, standard to every client. We continually seek to expand the ways ProTrack is able to interact with the digital and personnel resources that broadcasters rely on; when we find a way to make that interaction more successful, we pass it along to all our registered users without additional charge. In many cases we will even upgrade applicable third party software if we see that ProTrack's value to you will be appropriately enhanced.
