Training is available in a variety of formats to suit the individual learning styles and needs of our customers. Since we continually update our products, we recommend periodic training to ensure users are familiar with and understand how to fully leverage ProTrack's features, functionality and reporting tools/enhancements. We offer several training options:
We have a fully resourced training room at our headquarters in Northampton, MA or we can organize on-site training at or near your broadcast facility. For short "refresher" sessions, we can use desktop sharing and conference call technology to allow attendance in a virtual classroom.
