Disaster Recovery

MIS Back-Up goes far beyond the task of backing up data for our customers. Our unique offering is a disaster recovery service which performs automated daily, weekly and monthly ProTrack backups that are monitored by our dedicated technical support representatives. In addition, our technical support representatives will execute a manual backup if a problem is discovered and perform periodic tests on backups to ensure reliability.

Recovering critical metadata, sales contracts and schedules is as simple as notifying our staff to initiate the restore process. If your server is no longer available, MIS will host your ProTrack database for you and provide you with remote access until your hardware/networking is restored.

In the event of a major disruption, MIS will also work with you to provide the following services to maintain essential operational workflow:

  • Generate an Automation Play-list Daily.
  • Generate Exports (Web, Accounting, Program Guides, etc).
  • Configure Access to a Mutually-Agreed Upon Printer.
