Technical Support Welcomes New Staff Member

NORTHAMPTON, MA - May 18, 2009 - Myers Information Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Derek Gagnon to the Technical Support Department.  Derek's experience conducting phone support for broadcast engineering staff at over 150 television stations and his progressive background in network design and installation makes him perfectly suited for our team structure.

Prior to joining MIS, Derek served as a network engineer at Video Communications, Inc. where he configured and installed database software application servers and provided on-site training at television stations and cable networks across the country. While at VCI, Derek also configured and maintained helpdesk, call-logging and network management systems. His experience as a goal-oriented customer representative and network engineer will ensure that our Technical Support Department remains at the forefront of the broadcast management industry.
