Vegas PBS Selects ProTrack TV
NORTHAMPTON, MA - March 11, 2007 - Vegas PBS has selected ProTrack TV as their broadcast management software that will facilitate program delivery in their new digital build-out. ProTrack TV will create a workflow path for Vegas PBS to manage program content from acquisition through scheduling, operational flow, sales and on to automation.
Implementing a system that provides a centralized solution for broadcast management will provide Vegas PBS with unified database for programming, sales, traffic and operational data.
Vegas PBS operates Public Television Channel 10, 11, 20 closed circuit broadcast TV channels, and satellite downlink and uplink services used for school, collegiate and professional education. Vegas PBS also provides a complete educational media center to schools, video and CD-ROM duplication services, two production studios, videoconferencing facilities, online services and maintains cable distribution systems in public school buildings.
