Northampton, MA - June 16, 2008 - We are
pleased to announce that EWTN Global Catholic Radio Network has chosen ProTrack
Radio to manage is broadcast operations. Installation is scheduled for July,
2008. ETWN was in search for a structured yet flexible centralized
software solution to better manage their rapidly expanding multi-channel
network requirements. ProTrack Radio will access their existing
automation system so that it can export and import data to provide the ultimate
level in workflow efficiency and organization transparency.
EWTN is the world's largest
religious media network consisting of Television, Radio, an Internet Service
and Publishing. With its four 500 Kw. transmitters, EWTN Global Radio Network
reaches millions of people around the world. It offers three separate feeds:
one service entirely in Spanish, reaching Latin America
and two services in English, with distinct schedules, though the same
programming. The English and Spanish radio services are also transmitted via
satellite, so radio stations can receive the satellite signal and retransmit
the programming on locally owned AM/FM radio stations. Radio stations can also
stream the AM/FM feed on EWTN's web site for terrestrial retransmission.
