Des Moines, Iowa - January 5, 2007 - Iowa Public Television adopts ProTrack TV's broadcast management software to schedule their multi-channel environment, providing programming to Iowans state, through over-the-air broadcast, cable and digital broadcast. ProTrack TV's intuitive design provides an extensive collection of features and functionality that includes program acquisitions, scheduling, traffic, asset management and reporting tools.
More than one million viewers a week turn to IPTV for programming that reflects a range of interests for Iowans statewide providing quality, alternative programming that educates, enlightens, and entertains. IPTV operates nine analog; six high-power, two low-power digital transmitters in addition to eight translators across Iowa.
