In the event of a catastrophic data loss or other emergency, we can help restore your ProTrack system to its original configuration and integration arrangement. For users who take advantage of our ProHost service, in which we host the ProTrack installation, there is never a risk of a system failure at the broadcast location affecting the ProTrack system since it is hosted remotely.

Additionally, our MIS Back-Up service provides a prudent degree of redundancy to prevent downtime and other restoration measures in the event of a system emergency within the broadcast infrastructure.
